Dear Tennis Members,

Hope you and your family are all keeping safe and well.

The Club will re-open on Thursday, 1st of April .
​
Key Guidelines for re-opening :
• Club opens to members only for play and coaching
• Doubles play is only allowed where playing partners are from the same household
• Coaching sessions should operate with a maximum of four players per court and from no more than two households with a coach observing from a safe distance.
• You must have a court booked prior to playing
• The club house remains closed for now, but it can be accessed for emergencies only
• No spectators are permitted, parents/guardian to supervise children under 18
• Adhere to the club's Covid-19 protocol

Travel Isolation Exceptions :
The NI executive has released a list of countries where self-isolation is not required when returning to the Common Travel Area (UK & Republic of Ireland). Please use the following link to check if you are unsure.

Portadown Tennis Club was formed in 2003 and offers members coaching opportunities with club coach Daniel Bennett as well as team tennis in all competitions run by the B & D League.
​
It has also a hard working management committee, which includes a fundraising committee that organises a number of social events from quizzes to dinners throughout the year to suit every member.
​
There are club nights for full and student members, ideal if you are new to the area, or even new to tennis.
​
The club has access to fully qualified coaches who can provide 1-2-1 sessions and group sessions to help improve your game.
​
For the more competitive among you, club members play in tournaments and competitions throughout the year.
​
We offer a free (for Members) Junior club morning on Saturday, which is supervised by a coach.
​
There are also summer camps and coaching courses running during the summer holidays.
